    Should a growing business choose a traditional CRM software or invest in AI CRM software? Does AI actually make a small business CRM easier, or does it simply add more features?

     

    I have been comparing different CRM for small business tools, including HelloGrowthCRM. Has anyone switched to an AI CRM India platform and noticed better results?
