A strategic framework called Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools and PSA software enables IT professionals to monitor their infrastructure digitally from a distance and make any necessary real-time adjustments. Although it can be used by any company, Managed Service Providers (MSPs) who must manage several client networks at once find it to be an indispensable tool.

    How the Process Works

An MSP installs tiny software components known as "agents" on each device in a client's network to activate an RMM system. Consider these agents to be digital sensors. They continuously collect critical information from a range of devices, such as:

    • Servers and Workstations
    • Mobile Devices
    • Routers and Switches
    • Other Network Nodes

After they are installed, these agents provide the MSP with a constant flow of data.
