What Curtain Accessories Can Make Window Décor More Functional?

Never thought much about curtain accessories until my curtains kept sagging weirdly and I realized it wasn't the fabric, it was cheap rings that weren't gliding properly. Switched to better metal rings and it's honestly night and day for how smoothly they open now. Also added tiebacks in my living room which sounds purely decorative but actually helps control how much light comes in when I want the curtains pulled back during the day. Learned interlining is a thing too, apparently it helps curtains hang better and adds a bit of insulation, which I didn't know existed as an option. Checked a curtain store near me and ended up going with Kingdom of Curtains since they actually had these accessory options rather than just selling fabric alone. Did anyone else discover accessories mattered way more than expected?
