Tried Self-Help Stuff and I'm Still a Mess.

I've bought every planner, downloaded every app, watched countless YouTube videos about productivity hacks. Nothing sticks. Yesterday I forgot to pick up my best friend from the airport because I got hyperfocused on cleaning out one kitchen drawer. She's barely speaking to me now and honestly I don't blame her. This keeps happening and I'm tired of letting people down. I think I need actual professional help at this point. Where do I even start looking for an ADHD therapist who can work with someone who's tried everything already?

Oh man, I hear you. I’ve tried every app, planner, and “hack” too—once I spent an entire afternoon color-coding my bookshelf while my laundry pile became its own sentient being. I ended up missing a dinner with my cousin because of it, and he was not impressed. Honestly, it wasn’t until I started reading about ADHD that things clicked. This ADHD specialist Orange County helped me understand what a proper assessment looks like. Definitely worth looking for a qualified therapist before self-diagnosing.
