Tips for Dinosaur Game Time Trial

I’m trying to improve my speed in the dinosaur game time trial mode. The dinosaur game guide says it’s about precision, but I feel like I’m missing small details on faster dinosaur game tracks. 

Do dinosaur game stunts actually save time, or do they slow you down? How much do dinosaur game upgrades really help in time-based challenges? Any practical dinosaur game tips would be greatly appreciated.
