    Protesters have also called for President Mahinthala's younger brother, Kotabaya Rajapaksa, to resign. causing the riots to spread wider and more intense From the original that five people have been killed and 190 others injured, until the government has announced an extension of the curfew until early tomorrow (11 May).

     

     

    After protesters clashed with government supporters. in front of the residence of Prime Minister Mahinda and at the main gathering point in the central park of Colombo. Angry protesters in other cities across the country have responded. by bringing together to invade and burn down the houses of relatives and the royal family including the accommodation of government politicians in the middle of the night

     

    The main house that was burned down including the old house of the Rajapaksa family that has been set up as a museum in Hambantota in the south of the country as well In Colombo, an arson was set on fire near the prime minister Mahinda's residence. And some protesters have also set up checkpoints to block the route between the city and the airport. There was not a single police or security guard on the road.
