Hi everyone. I’m setting up equipment for my office and need advice. We process a lot of paper every day, including confidential files and older documents that need to be archived. I’m not sure if a mobile scanning app will be enough, or if investing in a traditional scanner is the smarter option. What do you think?

    Answer:

Hi! I had the same question before upgrading my office setup. After looking into it, I learned that traditional scanners are still unmatched when it comes to volume, precision, and long-term archiving. They ensure better detail and higher color accuracy, which matters a lot for official or glossy papers. Apps can be fine for casual scanning, but they fall short when reliability is critical. I found a lot of helpful explanations https://www.specialtystudios.com/ on the Specialty Studios, where they make it clear why dedicated scanners remain essential for busy offices.
