Planning to buy a used 330i – should I get a pre purchase inspection?

I'm finally ready to pull the trigger on a 2018 330i that I found online, but the seller seems a bit vague about the service history and I really don't want to inherit someone else's cooling system problems or timing chain nightmares. Since I'm not mechanically confident enough to spot issues myself, I'm thinking I should hire some BMW Mechanic Experts Abu Dhabi to do a full pre purchase inspection before I hand over any cash, but I'm not sure what a typical inspection covers or how much I should expect to pay. Has anyone here gone this route and caught something major that saved them from a bad buy? Also do these experts usually come to the seller's location or do I need to convince the owner to drive the car to their workshop? Any advice would be awesome because I'm nervous but excited.
