Need Help Promoting My Zombie Server CS 1.6

I've added custom maps, balanced gameplay, unique features, and tried to create a fun environment for players. The problem is that there are usually only a few people online, and it's very difficult to grow the community when new visitors see an almost empty server. Zombie mode is much more enjoyable when dozens of players are participating, so I would really like to increase the online activity.
