Is it better to take my Infiniti to a specialist garage or just any good workshop in Abu Dhabi?

So this question has been on my mind for a while and I finally want to get some proper opinions from people who actually own an Infiniti here. I have been going to a general workshop near my area for the past year and while they seem competent enough I always have a slightly uneasy feeling that they might not fully understand the specific requirements of my car. Last month they told me a part needed replacing and when I looked it up myself I found some conflicting information online which made me wonder if they really knew what they were talking about. A friend of mine who has been driving an Infiniti for about four years told me he switched to Infiniti Garage Specialists Abu Dhabi after having a similar experience and said the difference in how they diagnose and explain problems is completely different from a general workshop. He said they actually connected his car to the right diagnostic system and found an issue that two previous workshops had completely missed. I had a look at infinitiservicemussafah.ae to understand more about what specialist Infiniti service actually involves and I found it quite eye opening because apparently Infiniti vehicles have some specific technical requirements that general mechanics are not always trained for. Things like the transmission calibration and certain suspension settings apparently need brand specific knowledge to get right. I always assumed a good mechanic is a good mechanic regardless of the brand but it seems like it actually matters more than I thought especially as the car gets older and more complex issues start coming up. My Infiniti is about five years old now and I want to make sure I am getting proper care before any bigger problems develop. Has anyone here made the switch from a general workshop to a specialist for their Infiniti and noticed a real difference in the quality of diagnosis and work?
