Is Dune Bashing Worth It During a Morning Desert Safari in Dubai?

I'm planning a trip to Dubai soon and considering booking a Morning Desert Safari in Dubai. One of the main activities I'm really curious (and a bit nervous) about is dune bashing.  I've seen some videos, and it looks both thrilling and intense. For those who have done it—especially in the morning safari—how was the experience? Is it too extreme for first-timers? Also, how long does the dune bashing usually last during a morning trip?
