Inventory feels harder to control as we grow

When we were smaller, keeping track of inventory was honestly pretty simple, but now that things have picked up, it feels like we’re constantly trying to catch up with what’s coming in and going out. I didn’t expect growth to make this part so messy, but here we are double checking things way more than before. I recently started looking into practical ways to manage inventory more efficiently after coming across a discussion online, and it made me realize we might be relying too much on old habits. Some ideas sounded useful, but also a bit overwhelming to implement all at once. I guess I’m trying to find a balance between keeping things simple and actually improving accuracy. Would be great to hear how others adjusted when their operations started scaling up.
