    Use Cases & Value Propositions

    What are the use cases where Salesforce can add real value for DiveKeeper (or a similar platform)? Some ideas:

    • CRM / Contact Management — managing diver profiles, diving centers, instructors, partners, and leads.

    • Customer Support & Case Management — handling issues, inquiries, maintenance, or equipment service requests.

    • Marketing Automation — email campaigns, drip nurturing, segmentation of divers by skill/interest, cross-sell of gear or training.

    • Community & Engagement — integrating with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Communities) so divers can log, share, review, and interact.

    • Data & Analytics — dashboards to track dive certifications, retention, equipment usage, safety logs, etc.

    • Mobile / Field Use — for dive instructors or field staff (on boats, at sites) to access or update Salesforce data offline or in low connectivity zones.

    • Partner & Channel Management — tracking dive shops, rental centers, affiliate networks, commission tracking, etc.
