How Do You Keep Your Diving Gear Clean?

I have recently started paying more attention to cleaning diving gear after each trip. Things like masks, fins, wetsuits, and other equipment can collect salt, sand, and dirt if they are not cleaned properly. I usually rinse everything with fresh water and let it dry completely before storing it. I am curious how other divers handle gear cleaning and storage after a dive.
