How can I be more present with my family?

it is so easy to be physically there but have your brain somewhere else thinking about work. the problem is that we let the stress of our schedule follow us home instead of switching off. i started using Logsday to clear out my mental clutter after hours so i can have a truly mindful mind when i am with my loved ones. it is just a nice way to capture my thoughts and let them go. now i can actually listen and enjoy the moment without feeling like i am still busy with my daily tasks.
