Help! My lashes look so thin after extensions :(

    Hey everyone!

So, I’ve been getting eyelash extensions for a few months now and I absolutely love the look, but I’ve noticed a huge problem. Every time I take a break or get them removed, my natural lashes look so short and weak. It’s like they’ve lost all their volume.

Does anyone have tips on how to keep natural lashes healthy while still getting extensions? Or maybe some specific aftercare routine you swear by? I’ve been looking for a good serum or something to help them grow back stronger, but there are so many options out there I'm lost lol.

Would love to hear what works for you guys!

I totally feel your pain! 😭 The "lash-extension-withdrawal" is real. I used to panic every time I saw my natural lashes after a removal because they looked so tiny.

But honestly, you don't have to give them up! You just need to tweak a few things. Here is what saved my lashes:

    • Go "Lighter": Sometimes we want that super dramatic look, but if the extensions are too heavy, they’ll definitely stress out your natural lashes. Ask your tech for a lighter set (maybe CC curl or thinner diameters) so your natural ones can breathe.

    • The Serum Secret: You can totally use a lash serum while wearing extensions! Just make sure it’s oil-free so it doesn't mess with the glue. I’ve been using one consistently and my natural lashes are actually stronger now than when I started.

    • Clean them!: I used to be scared to touch them, but buildup of dirt and oil actually makes your natural lashes weaker. Use a proper lash shampoo every night.

    • No Picking: Seriously, keep your hands away lol. Pulling at one loose extension can take a natural lash with it.
