Has anyone else dealt with ARM Solutions debt collection harassment?

Lately I’ve been getting nonstop calls and letters from ARM Solutions and it’s starting to feel like harassment. Some days they’ll call multiple times in a row, even after I’ve asked them to stop. I’ve tried to figure out if the debt is even valid but they just keep pushing and it’s stressful. I’ve read a bit online about consumer rights and how debt collectors have limits on what they can do, but it’s tough to know where to start when you’re in the middle of it.

I came across this article about facing ARM Solutions debt collection harassment and it helped explain a few things, but I’m wondering if anyone here has personal experience with them. How did you handle it? Did you send a cease and desist letter, or get legal help, or something else?

Would really appreciate hearing from others who’ve been through this. Even just knowing I’m not the only one would be a relief.
