From “I’ll Take Any Project” to Normal Teamwork

For the past two years, I’ve been scraping by with small gigs, but now I’m looking for steady work and clear tasks. I recently came across SharksCode and decided to check it out. Is anyone familiar with this company? I’m curious—what are the first few weeks like after starting there?

I was actually checking out https://sharkscode.com/ when I got tired of constantly looking for new gigs. I liked that the website clearly explains the different areas of work and the team-based format. After freelancing, it feels especially unusual when tasks aren’t assigned by you, but within the team. I’d just ask in advance if there’s a mentor at the start and who helps you get up to speed on the project during the first few days.
