    In-house teams usually have different priorities than MSPs. Instead of worrying about billing multiple clients, they need solid reporting for audits and tight integration with internal help desk tools. RMM tools and PSA software greatly help with documentation and connectivity remotely.

    • NinjaOne and Gorelo are favourites here because they handle device management exceptionally well without the "multi-tenant" clutter.
    • Atera is also worth a look for smaller internal teams. If you have two IT people managing 400 computers, the per-tech pricing model might save you thousands compared to paying for 400 individual licenses.
