Food Supplements Question – What’s Worth Taking?

    Hey everyone,

    I’ve been looking into food supplements lately and wanted to get some opinions. There’s so much out there—protein powders, BCAAs, creatine, multivitamins, omega-3s, etc.—and I’m wondering what’s beneficial. I train regularly and eat a balanced diet, but I want to optimize my recovery and overall health.

    Which food supplements do you personally use and why? Have you noticed any real benefits? Also, are there any that you feel are overrated or unnecessary?
