Here's more from Graziano, who projects a four-year, $92 million deal for Phillips: Phillips comes with that injury history, but he played well for the Eagles after beingtradedto Philadelphia from Miami at the deadline -- and they have at least some interest in trying to keep him. Two of his five sacks last season came in Philly. He's a young free agent (still just 26), and that helps mitigate the injury risk a little. It's po sible he does a one-year prove-it deal somewhere if his market doesn't do what he hopes it does. And it's also po sible a division rival snatches him away. Phillips comes with some risk, though, and especially at that ma sive projection from Graziano. A former first-round pick of the Dolphins, Phillips looked to be on a star trajectory over his first two seasons in the NFL, when he tallied 15.5 sacks in that span. However, Phillips was slowed by major injuries in the years that followed, with the Miami product and torn ACL in back-to-back seasons. Phillips did rebound to play in all 17 games in 2025 but only tallied five sacks. It is reasonable to believe better days are ahead for him given the fact he was in his first year back after a major injury.
