Can you actually feel a difference after cleaning injectors or is it snake oil?

My 2016 Honda has been feeling a bit sluggish lately, especially when I merge onto the highway, and my fuel economy has dropped from about 9L/100km to almost 11 which adds up fast with these petrol prices. I've already done the usual stuff like air filter and plugs but no real change. Some people tell me I need fuel injector cleaning Dubai while others say it's a waste of money and I should just use a bottle of additive from the petrol station. I'm confused because I see shops like Dynostar offering proper ultrasonic cleaning which sounds more serious than a pour in solution. Has anyone here actually done a professional injector cleaning and noticed better throttle response or mileage? Or is it one of those things that only matters if your car is misfiring badly? Would love real numbers before I spend the cash.
